研究兴趣:
天然产物(Natural product)是开发小分子药物的宝贵资源库,临床使用的化学药物近一半来源于天然产物及其衍生物。本人的兴趣集中在抗感染、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等活性天然产物的生物合成、合成生物学及其作用机制研究。1)天然产物生物合成中的杂原子成键反应,包括碳-硫键、碳-磷键、碳-硒键形成的酶学机制;2)“长寿维生素”麦角硫因、卵硫醇、麦角硒因抗衰老的分子机制。
