研究兴趣与方向:
结构生物学与药物生物合成研究的结合交叉:利用结构生物学的方法阐明蛋白结构及其与小分子底物相互作用关系,从而达到解析天然药物分子生物合成过程中关键蛋白的特殊酶学机制的目的。并在此基础之上,通过对蛋白结构的定向改造来拓展和提高酶的催化功能,为天然药物生物合成途径的改造和新型天然产物的发现提供基础。
