研究领域:

微生物来源的含磷天然产物的发掘与生物合成研究


研究兴趣与方向:

天然产物(Natural product)是现代药物开发的重要源泉,临床使用的化学药物近一半直接或间接来源于天然产物。以放线菌为代表的微生物更是重中之重,它们产生具有抗感染、肿瘤抑制、免疫抑制等不同活性的天然产物,被开发成药物广泛应用于临床治疗。本人的研究兴趣在于通过生物信息学、分子生物学和化学方法学的手段,从放线菌中发掘具有特定化学结构的天然产物(比如含有碳-磷键的化合物和含有氮-磷键的化合物),解析其生物合成途径、改造其分子结构,以开发物美(活性好)价廉(产量高)的天然产物新药。
